"'Fear Is A Man's Best Friend' was included as part of a very rare limited edition Glass Records sampler album. I had label mate, Sonic Boom from Spacemen 3 with me in the studio at the time, offering encouragement and "inspiration." For the curious:That sound was achieved by striking an open tuned guitar with a soft beater in conjunction with the application of a cartridge shell as a slide."
