"The true story of a man (Jeffrey Jones) whose fetishistic taste for black satin, young girls and the noose would result in his ultimate undoing. He would entice the girls to dress up and pose, head in noose, and then take photographs. There was a tragic accident and one of the subjects ended up strangled to death. Jones was arrested and put on trial for murder. Before being sent down, the judge asked him if he had anything to say, to which he replied, "Black satin rules my life and what turns you on will eventually destroy you."

During a search of his 'studio,' the police discovered a poem written by Jones entitled 'Ten Little Beauty Queens.' Awful poetry which described the systematic annihilation of a beauty parade."
