"The ?Overture? was realized by Ego Plum in 2005, the same year that he and I collaborated on ?Song From The Kitty Kat Keller?. The lyric to this is also taken from the ?V For Vendetta? graphic novel, the song is sung in a nightclub scene by Zoe the chanteuse. Originally I had intended to have a female vocal on the track, we recorded a demo with me singing and I liked the decadent effect so we went with that."
